To protect the hygiene of your earrings, we always secure them to the cardboard with a hygiene seal. If you notice any adhesive residue after removing the seal, don't worry. You can clean it with a soft cloth slightly dampened with warm water and neutral soap. Enjoy your unique piece... ᴜɴɪǫᴜᴇ! 🦝
Returns will not be accepted on earrings that have been unsealed. However, if your order arrives broken or damaged by shipping, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will accept the return and send you a new or repaired piece, as appropriate.
