We also offer select pieces made entirely of surgical steel that don't require manual shaping. Even so, every single piece is thoughtfully chosen to ensure it is hypoallergenic and meets our high standards for both quality and sweetness. ♡

For all metal components, we use 316 surgical stainless steel (or 316L in select pieces) and 18K gold plating.For our decorative details and charms, we craft and select a variety of beautiful elements, including our own handmade resin pieces, crystal pearls, blown glass figures, hand-painted acrylic beads, and natural wood.

It means we use a high-grade stainless steel originally designed for medical applications. Yes! The vast majority of stainless steel jewellery on the market is made from 304 stainless steel.While 304 steel is very durable, it contains a higher percentage of nickel that can release over time with prolonged wear, potentially triggering allergic reactions in sensitive skin.That’s why we specifically use 316 (and 316L) surgical steel. Its unique composition makes it exceptionally biocompatible and hypoallergenic.So, if you have sensitive skin or a nickel allergy, our jewellery offers a much safer, gentler, and more comfortable option for you.

The "L" in 316L stands for "Low Carbon". Essentially, the only difference is a slightly lower carbon content. 316L steel is often used in medical applications where the material needs to withstand high temperatures during welding.Unlike the big difference between 304 and 316 steel, the distinction between 316 and 316L is virtually imperceptible in terms of quality, durability, and hypoallergenic properties. Both are equally corrosion-resistant and completely safe for sensitive skin.

No. Our jewellery is free from lead and cadmium, and completely nickel-safe, ensuring our pieces do not trigger allergies or skin irritation.However, please keep the following in mind:Fresh piercings: We recommend using implant-grade titanium or solid gold until your piercing is completely healed.Extreme nickel allergies: Although surgical steel is precisely the recommended material for people with nickel allergies, if you have a very severe or extreme allergy, we suggest testing the piece for a short period first or consulting your specialist beforehand.

316 surgical stainless steel is exceptionally resistant to corrosion, rust, and tarnish.
